With artisan bread growing both in Russia and globally, we launched a new product-development initiative. The scope included target audience research, positioning, and comprehensive brand strategy.
Industrial bread is often viewed as a harmful “empty” product—declining long-term—yet bread remains a staple in many households. Our insight: consumers are seeking healthier, tastier alternatives by studying labels and production methods, and choosing “honest” artisan bread.
The AKIMOVSKY logo features a bread-texture pattern that is always unique like a fingerprint—only truly healthy artisan bread has such a rich structure. The irregular shape conveys manual craftsmanship, human touch and warmth—similar to a child’s drawing.
